One of our rescues will be celebrating her 13th birthday tomorrow. So we thought this would be the right way to ring in a new year birthday party!
Things You’ll Need
- 1/2 cup peanut peanut butter
- 32 oz. low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 large banana
- 1 tbsp. honey
- Dixie cups
Step 1:
Mash the banana in a bowl. It’s easier to begin the mashing process with the peel on and then remove it once the banana is almost completely smashed. Blend and smash it with a fork until creamy.
Step 2:
Add the yogurt, honey and peanut butter to the smashed banana and stir until the mixture is well-blended and smooth. Try to get all of the chunks out.
Step 3:
Fill the cups to the brim with the ice cream mixture.
Step 4:
Put the ice cream in the freezer and let sit for five to seven hours.
Step 5:
Remove a treat from the freezer once the mixture hardens and let your dog enjoy it.
